About

Media sources such as television, newspaper, film, and advertising are closely entwined with a society’s language, culture, current issues, and technology. This project creates a virtual media archive that examines the current issues permeating Korean society and their influence on language and values. These issues are discussed in the context of psychological and historical background, the struggle between tradition and changing values, the dual impact of these elements, and potential solutions.  With virtual archive and intercultural media resources, this project offers insights to all campuses both within and beyond the Korean community in Atlanta.
